Agreement
By creating an account, joining a waitlist, booking a session, purchasing a program, attending a camp or clinic, using the athlete portal, or participating in Devoted To The Game activities, you agree to these Terms, the Liability Waiver, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any registration rules shown at checkout or signup.
Minor Athletes
If the athlete is under 18, the parent or legal guardian completing registration confirms they have authority to accept these Terms, the Liability Waiver, the Media Release, participation consent, and payment policies on behalf of the minor athlete.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Stripe or other approved payment providers. A registration is not confirmed until required payment is completed and accepted. Payment-required athletes may lose their spot if payment is not completed before the stated deadline or before capacity is reached by another confirmed athlete.
Outstanding balances, failed payments, chargebacks, or disputed payments may result in account suspension, loss of access, removal from sessions, or cancellation of future registrations.
Waitlist Terms
Joining a DTG waitlist or priority list does not guarantee placement, reserve a spot, or confirm participation. Placement depends on age, skill level, availability, location, session capacity, and DTG discretion. Payment is required before a waitlisted athlete becomes officially registered.
Media Release
DTG is also a basketball media and content business. Participants may be photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise captured during sessions, camps, clinics, events, workouts, and basketball activities. Media may be used for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, DTG websites, the athlete portal, online courses, digital products, marketing, advertising, educational basketball content, and future DTG business initiatives. No compensation is owed for the use of participant image, voice, likeness, or recorded performance.
No Guarantees
Results from training programs and sessions vary between individuals. DTG does not guarantee specific athletic, basketball, vertical jump, performance, recruiting, team selection, scholarship, or skill development outcomes.
Communications
By registering, you agree that DTG may contact you about account activity, session updates, payment notices, athlete portal updates, waitlist status, programs, camps, announcements, offers, and other DTG services where permitted by applicable law. Marketing communications will include required identification and unsubscribe options where required.
