Refund Policy
All Purchases Are Final
All purchases are final unless DTG states otherwise in writing. This includes digital programs, athlete portal access, training sessions, group sessions, camps, clinics, memberships, subscriptions, bookings, and related services.
Sessions, Camps, and Programs
No refunds are issued after a session, camp, clinic, membership period, or program begins. Missed sessions are not refundable. Athlete cancellations for group sessions are not refundable because spots, planning, staffing, and facility arrangements may depend on confirmed registrations.
Credits
DTG may issue account credits, transfers, or rescheduling options at its sole discretion. Credits are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability, timing, and session type.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unpaid balances may result in account suspension, loss of athlete portal access, removal from sessions, cancellation of future bookings, or refusal of future service.
