Information We Collect
DTG may collect name, email, phone number, athlete information, parent or guardian information, age, school level, skill level, training goals, booking information, waitlist information, training preferences, waiver and media consent records, athlete portal activity, purchase history, and support communications.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. DTG does not store full card numbers. DTG may store transaction status, purchase records, payment confirmations, and related booking information needed for business operations.
How Information Is Used
Information is used for communication, scheduling, athlete development, customer support, safety records, waiver and consent tracking, account management, payment administration, business operations, program delivery, waitlist matching, and improving DTG services.
Email and Marketing Communications
DTG may send session updates, payment notifications, athlete portal notifications, training announcements, camp announcements, discounts, new program releases, and other DTG communications where permitted by law. Commercial electronic messages will include required sender identification and unsubscribe options where required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.
Media and Content
Where media consent has been provided, DTG may collect and use photos, video, voice recordings, and likeness for training, education, marketing, athlete portal, social media, advertising, digital products, and related business purposes.
Service Providers
DTG may use service providers for payments, email delivery, website hosting, analytics, storage, scheduling, and platform operations. Personal information may be processed by those providers only as needed to operate DTG services.
