Media Consent
Devoted To The Game is a basketball training, education, and content creation business. Participants and parents/guardians understand that DTG may photograph, film, record, stream, or otherwise capture sessions, camps, clinics, events, workouts, drills, and basketball activities.
Permitted Uses
DTG may use images, video, voice recordings, names, likeness, training footage, and basketball activity content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, DTG websites, the athlete portal, online courses, digital products, marketing materials, advertising, educational basketball content, and future DTG business initiatives.
No Compensation
Participants acknowledge that no compensation, royalty, approval right, or ownership interest is owed for DTG's use of captured content, unless DTG agrees otherwise in writing.
Minor Athletes
For athletes under 18, the parent or legal guardian providing consent confirms they have authority to grant media permission on behalf of the minor athlete.
